8 Ways To Shift To An Entrepreneur Mindset

I have interviewed countless successful business builders in my career and everyone of them has told me it’s about 10% skill, 90% mindset to achieve greatness in their business. 

Here are 8 things that have helped me the most:

1. Start every day with intentional prayer for God to make it clear who I should connect with. I am specific in my prayer and affirmations…for example 4 months ago I affirmed that I wanted to partner with a Vietnamese woman in her late 40s, who has a successful career and is passionate about financial wellness. Guess what? I now partner with a woman just like that
2. Create goals that are specific, measurable, and make sense from a numbers standpoint. Write them down and review them daily! 
3. Have an accountability team. This is crucial to success. It’s too easy to give up when it’s just me!
4. Guard my mind against all negativity. I do not watch the news for example…nothing but negativity in my opinion is on the air at the moment. I am God’s warrior and I am on a mighty mission to serve others in a big way. I can create no space in my life for negativity.
5. Never take offense. What others think does not impact my business…they don’t pay my mortgage. 
6. When I fail, which I do every day, quickly learn and move through it. I get better at this every day. 
7. Learn something new every day.
