12 Mindset Shifts of Employees VS Entrepreneurs

I have been blessed to be mentored by entrepreneurs of incredible accomplishment and they have shared some of their genius with me that have helped them make their own shift. 

1. Employees think too much and often tend to never start. Entrepreneurs start without thinking too much. 
2. Employees dream about what could be. Entrepreneurs make a plan and execute on their dreams.
3. Employees wait until the time is right. The challenge with that…they often never find the right time. Entrepreneurs make a move without thinking about the right time.
4. Employees aim for the promotion in their company. Entrepreneurs aim for the promotion in their business.
5. Employees think I can’t afford it.  Entrepreneurs ask HOW can I afford it?
6. Frustration is often a way of life as an employee. I lived a frustrated life far too long. In the entrepreneurial journey, if tou persevere, frustration is only temporary.
7. Employees’ primary need is certainty. Entrepreneurs free themselves from the need to be certain.
8. Employees work hard for someone else’s dream. Entrepreneurs work smartly for theirs. 
9. Employees often crave for the next big title. Entrepreneurs create their own titles…I call myself an Entrebeliever! 
10. Employees blame others. Entrepreneurs take 100% responsibility. The buck stops here friends! 
11. Employees can’t wait for weekends and holidays. Entrepreneurs take holidays to grow their mindset and strengthen their beliefs.
12. Employees dwell on their failure. Entrepreneurs get up after failure and keep trying.
